Die-cut Plates
What's a die-cut plate? If you imagine a cookie-cutter for metal, then you've got the idea. Of course the die's are steel, and the machine that holds them massive; which is the reason very few engraving shops have one. Even if we did, each die costs thousands of dollars and produces exactly one shape. Because of this, we rely on our suppliers for die-cut plates, and are limited to those die's they have.
Our round-end plates, offered below, have mounting holes which are on the dies. The 5/8" & 3/4" plates are screw mount, the 1/2" & 3/8" plates are brad (small nails) mount. Screws or brads are furnished with you order. Also offered is a 1/2 x 3" plate, from a different supplier, that has no holes and mounts with adhesive backing. Round-end plates can be ordered in either brass or silver plated brass.
Our pricing includes custom engraving to your order. At your request we'll send a screen shot of your layout for approval before production.
